This morning (12/13) when I press the one step update button the window listing all the accounts to be updated opens as usual, and the blue circular arrows next to each account in the account bar spin as usual, but nothing happens. I use one step update to update my 8 bank accounts twice a day. After entering my UserID and Password and pressing Connect, Quicken crashes and Bugsplat launches. To try to fix this, I deactivated my Discover accounts, then tried to reactivate them via Set Up Online. One step update works for each of my accounts individually, except my Discover accounts.

But for my online bills, One Step Update did not seem to be updating the online bills. Shortly after my initial post on this problem, I did One Step Update for the relative’s Quicken file, and it seemed to work. ONE STEP UPDATE is awful since your last update. It’s like it only actually negotiates once a day. When I close quicken and the restart it the “One Step Update” ends after only a few seconds so I know its not doing anything. One step Update does not show the negotiation like it used to.
